We truly value feedback on the care and service we deliver and a confidential questionnaire is offered to every admitted patient for completion. These are collated each month by an independent external healthcare survey company, providing validation and quality assurances of the results achieved.

30% of admitted care patients provided feedback to the Hospital from 01 August 2023 to 31 December 2023.

We are delighted to say that:

  • 99.8% of respondents rated the nursing care as good, very good or excellent.
  • 98.3% of respondents felt that they were always treated with respect and dignity.
  • 99.3% of respondents rated the overall experience of our service as very good or good.
  • 99.0% of respondents were likely or extremely likely to recommend their Consultant.
