We are looking for a Pre-op Assessment Staff Nurse to join our friendly team! This job role involves:

• providing efficient and effective Pre-Operative Assessment Service
• maintaining a high standard of patient care by the practice of a systematic approach to individualised patient care
• participating in the development of clinical practice and professional competence, reflecting the beliefs in nursing practice outlined in the Nursing Strategy
• working and liaising with consultant users and other relevant Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) within the hospital, always striving to provide a high-quality service
• supporting the provision of training to students and nursing staff
• understanding and implementing the agreed policies of New Victoria Hospital and maintaining compliance with the Fundamental Standards of Care outlined in The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activity) Regulations 2014.
